Accessory Manager

The Accessory Manager lets you add and configure KNX devices that will be exposed to Matter-compatible smart home apps.

When adding devices, make sure to save the configuration during the process to avoid losing your work.

Supported Device Types

Lighting & Switching

• Lightbulb: For controlling lights, with optional brightness and color temperature control
• Switch: For simple on/off controls
• Outlet: For controlling power outlets
• Programmable Switch: For programmable button controls

Window Coverings

• Shutter: For controlling blinds, shutters, and window coverings
• Motorized Window: For controlling motorized windows

Security

• Door Lock: For controlling door locks
• Garage: For controlling garage doors
• Alarm: For alarm systems
• Motion Sensor: For detecting movement
• Occupancy Sensor: For detecting room occupancy
• Contact Sensor: For detecting open/closed states
• Smoke Sensor: For smoke detection
• Carbon Monoxide Sensor: For CO detection

Climate

• Thermostat: For controlling heating and cooling systems
• Fan: For controlling fans
• Valve: For controlling valves including irrigation systems
• Humidity Sensor: For measuring humidity
• Temperature Sensor: For measuring temperature

Adding a Device

1. Go to Accessory Manager
2. Click the + icon
3. Select the device type
4. Enter a name for the accessory
5. Fill in the KNX group addresses for each characteristic
6. Click Save Configuration
7. Reboot the device (System Settings)
