Factory Reset
A factory reset erases all configuration and returns the device to its original state. This includes your KNX settings and, once configured, your KNX Secure and Remote Access setup (Cloud Interface and any Access Tokens).
DANGER
A factory reset cannot be undone. Export your configuration first if you want to back it up: use Export under Configurations in System Settings.
Method 1: Via the Web Interface
- Open the Web Interface.
- In System Settings, open Actions.
- Click Factory Reset.
Method 2: Via the device button
Press and hold the Reset Button on the device for 10 seconds until the Power LED starts blinking purple, then release.

| 🟣 Solid | Device is resetting |
After a factory reset
- The device returns to default network settings (DHCP-enabled Ethernet connection).
- Your KNX settings and Remote Access configuration are removed.
- You need to set up KNX Secure again and re-enable the Cloud Interface. See Enabling Remote Access.
