Button Functions & LED Codes
The KNX-DALI Gateway has two push buttons (Reset Button and DALI Button) and two multicolour status LEDs (Power LED and DALI Status LED).
Reset Button functions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| 2s Press | Reboot: Press and release for reboot. Save your configuration beforehand and it will stay on the device, no export necessary. |
| 10s Press | Factory Reset: Hold the button until the LED blinks purple, then release to factory reset. A factory reset will delete all your DALI and KNX configuration. This cannot be undone. Export your configuration first if you want to back it up (use Export under Configuration in System Settings). |
| Double Press | KNX Programming Mode: Quick double press for KNX Programming Mode (LED solid red) |
| Long Press During Boot | Safe mode: Keep pressed during reboot until steady yellow light to enter safe mode |
DALI Button functions

| Short Press | DALI Broadcast On: all DALI lights turn on |
| Short Press again | DALI Broadcast Off: all DALI lights turn off |
Power LED codes

| 🔵 | Blinking | Ready for reboot, release button for action |
| 🔵 | Solid | Booting |
| 🟢 | Blinking | Establishing IP connection |
| 🟢 | Solid | Got IP address |
| 🟡 | Solid | Safe mode |
| 🟣 | Blinking | Ready for reset, release button for action |
| 🟣 | Solid | Device is resetting |
| 🔴 | Blinking | Network disconnected |
| 🔴 | Solid | KNX Programming Mode active |
| 🟠 | Blinking | Downloading and installing update |
DALI Status LED codes
