Pairing Guide

WiserPort exposes your Feller Wiser devices over Matter and can be paired with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings and Home Assistant.

Matter pairing code

The Web Interface shows the pairing code under System Settings. Each session is valid for 15 minutes. If the session has expired or you need a fresh code (for example when pairing with a second ecosystem), click Reset Pairing to start a new session.

Use either the QR code or the 11-digit numeric Pairing Code when pairing with the apps below.

TIP

The same Matter QR code and pairing code are also printed on a label on the WiserPort itself. It is the same credential shown in the Web Interface.
