For more on firmware, go to Firmware Updates.
System
- Device Serial Number: the unique serial of this WiserPort
- Uptime: how long the device has been running since the last boot
Reboot
Click Reboot to restart WiserPort. Rebooting does not erase your configuration.
You can also reboot by pressing and releasing the Reset Button after about 2 seconds (while Power LED blinks blue).
Factory Reset
Click Factory Reset to return WiserPort to its original state. Confirm action by clicking Reset Device.
WARNING
Factory Reset deletes all settings, Wiser Gateway pairings, and Matter pairings. This cannot be undone.
You can also factory reset by pressing and holding the Reset Button for about 10 seconds, and releasing it when the Power LED is blinking purple.
For details, go to Factory Reset.
Debug
Click Debug to enable debugging output. WiserPort tells you to open your browser's developer console (usually F12) and switch to the Console tab to view detailed logs. Use these logs when contacting Atios support.
Matter
To pair with a Matter ecosystem (Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, or Home Assistant), scan the QR code or enter the pairing code in the app of your choice. For ecosystem-specific steps, go to the Pairing Guide.
Reset Pairing
If you need a fresh QR code, or if you want to unpair WiserPort from a Matter ecosystem, click Reset Pairing. A new pairing session starts and a new code is issued.
