Button Functions & LED Codes
Reset Button
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| 2s Press | Press and release after 2 seconds to reboot the device. |
| 10s Press | Hold the button until the LED blinks purple, then release to factory reset. A factory reset deletes all settings, Wiser Gateway pairings, and Matter pairings. This cannot be undone. Export your configuration first if you want to back it up. |
| Double Press | A quick double press enters KNX programming mode (LED solid red). |
| Long Press During Boot | Keep the button pressed during reboot until the light is steady yellow to enter safe mode. The device will not load your configuration and will not start the Matter server. |
Wiser Button
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Short Press | Search for Feller Wiser WLAN Gateways and start pairing with the first one found. |
| 10s Press | Press and release after 10 seconds to remove the existing Wiser WLAN Gateway pairing. |
Power LED codes

| 🟣 | Blinking | Ready for reset, release button for action |
| 🟣 | Solid | Device is resetting |
| ⚪ | Blinking | Access point mode active (Wi-Fi) |
| ⚪ | Solid | Client connected to access point |
| 🔴 | Blinking | Network disconnected |
| 🟠 | Blinking | Downloading and installing update |
