Firmware Updates

To update to the newest firmware version:

1. Open the Web Interface.
2. Navigate to System → Update.
3. Click Check for Updates.
4. If an update is available, click Update.

Updates may take 5–10 minutes to complete. The Power LED will blink orange during the process.

Beta channel

To test new features before they are released:

1. Open the Web Interface and go to Settings > System
2. In the Firmware Update card, switch Select Channel from Stable to Beta
3. Click Check for Update. WiserPort will offer the latest beta build if one is available

Troubleshooting Update Issues

If an update fails or WiserPort does not restart after an update:

1. Wait 5 minutes for the reboot to complete
2. Try accessing the Web Interface again
3. If still unresponsive, power cycle WiserPort by unplugging and replugging the power source
4. If the issue persists, contact Atios support
