Wiser by Feller

Here you can pair the WiserPort with your Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway. After pairing, your Wiser devices show up on the Matter Bridge page, ready to be exposed to Matter.

Prerequisites

• The Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway is installed and reachable on the same local network as the WiserPort
• Your Wiser devices are commissioned and working in the Feller Wiser Home app

Pairing

Method 1: Pairing via the Integration Assistant

1. Open the Web Interface by connecting to your WiserPort here and navigate to Plugins > Wiser by Feller
2. Click Integration Assistant. The WiserPort scans the local network for Feller Wiser WLAN Gateways
3. Select the gateway you want to pair and click Next
4. When prompted, press the button on your Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway to authorize the connection
5. When the scan completes, the assistant shows how many devices were imported. Click Finish

Method 2: Pairing via the Wiser Button

You can also start pairing without opening the Web Interface:

1. Press the Wiser Button on the right of the WiserPort. The WiserPort searches the network and starts pairing with the first Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway it finds
2. The Wiser Status LED blinks purple while the WiserPort waits for confirmation
3. Press the button on the Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway to authorize the connection
4. When pairing succeeds, the Wiser Status LED turns solid green

Reviewing the gateway

After pairing, a gateway card appears on the Wiser by Feller page with:

• The gateway name (for example wiser-1000)
• IP Address: where the gateway is reachable on your network
• Status: Connected or Disconnected
• Devices: the number of devices imported from the Wiser system

Removing a pairing

To disconnect the WiserPort from a Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway:

• In the Web Interface: click Remove Gateway on the gateway card
• Via the button: press and hold the Wiser Button for 10 seconds
