Factory Reset

Factory Reset restores WiserPort to its original factory settings. This erases all configurations, Wiser Gateway pairings, and Matter pairings.

WARNING

Factory Reset cannot be undone. Export your configuration before resetting if you need to preserve it.

Method 1: Via Web Interface

1. Open the Web Interface and navigate to Settings > System
2. In the System card, click Factory Reset
3. Confirm action by clicking Reset Device
4. WiserPort resets and returns to factory settings

Method 2: Via Hardware Button

1. Locate the Reset Button on the WiserPort
2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds
3. Release the button when the Power LED is blinking purple. WiserPort resets to factory settings

After Factory Reset

1. WiserPort returns to default network settings (DHCP-enabled Ethernet connection)
2. All Wiser Gateway pairings are removed
3. All Matter pairings are removed
4. You must reconnect to your network and re-pair the Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway

Re-configuring WiserPort

To get WiserPort working again after a factory reset:

1. Connect to your network via Ethernet
2. Open the Web Interface at https://setup.atios.ch
3. Pair the Feller Wiser WLAN Gateway (go to Wiser Gateway)
4. Pair WiserPort to your Matter ecosystem (go to Pairing Guide)
